The Brief
Willow is a behavioral health center based in Texas, committed to helping individuals recover and heal in a safe and supportive environment. When the team approached us, their visual identity felt outdated, clinical, and disconnected from the warmth and modernity their care truly embodies.
With full creative freedom, we reimagined their brand and digital presence—ushering in a design language that feels human, hopeful, and wholly contemporary.
Approach, Strategy, and Results
We rooted the visual direction in green hues—colors proven to have a calming, positive effect on the body and mind. The palette includes:
Mint Cream #E9EFE5
Gunmetal #233B3F
Ash Gray #C9D5C1
Mindaro (bright green) #CEF17B
These tones helped us create a visual system that feels professional yet safe, inviting yet clean.
Typography was key to setting the tone. We paired Libre Baskerville with Inter—two fonts that complement each other beautifully. This pairing struck the balance between approachability and authority.
We softened the UI with rounded corners for buttons, cards, and image containers—enhancing approachability. The design employs clean, minimal icons, used sparingly to support rather than overwhelm.
To create an elevated experience, we added a subtle but dynamic touch: a green gradient blur that follows the user’s cursor, adding playfulness and interactivity.
Our team brought together UI/UX and SEO expertise to craft a user journey that’s intuitive and conversion-driven. The design is minimalist but intentional, with clear paths to action.
The homepage features a bold hero section: a centered H1 message surrounded by three floating autoplay videos—hugging, smiling faces, and a warm city view of Texas. These candid, diverse video clips immediately humanize the experience and create an emotional connection.
We followed modern image-sizing trends, opting for smaller, meaningful imagery over large, dominating visuals. This allows the content and CTAs to breathe, rather than compete.
Primary CTAs to “Call the Facility” and “Verify Insurance” are instantly accessible and cleanly integrated within the hero section, designed for both clarity and action.
The outcome is a modern, fresh, and emotionally intelligent brand and digital space that feels unique within the behavioral health landscape.
We didn’t want Willow to look like every other treatment center—and it doesn’t. It’s clean, calming, modern, and most importantly: human.
“I wanted to push the boundaries of what rehabilitation brands look like online. This space has felt cold and outdated for too long. We wanted Willow to feel fresh, relatable, and alive—because healing doesn’t have to be boring.”
